Cancellations and Alterations
Upon receipt of your booking form and payment in full, your place(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation/transfer will result in the appropriate charges below.
Date of cancellation prior to course date % of full course fee payable
Over 30 working days before event - No charge
Between 30 and 21 working days - 25% of course fee
Between 20 and 11 working days - 50% of course fee
10 working days or less – 100% of course fee
Note: Training 2000 reserves the right to charge new fees from the date they come into effect. Full cancellation charges apply and can not be deducted from a further booking made on a similar course in the future. The transfer of a course member to another course within 20 days of the original course running constitutes a cancellation from the original course and the cancellation charges will apply. Substitution of delegates is acceptable at any point prior to course commencement, but may incur further administration costs if applicable.
In the case of places booked on funded programmes cancellation will result in full commercial payment being charged.
