Cancellation Policy
1.1. If the Customer changes their mind the Customer has the right to cancel the online transaction within a specified time limit:
- Minimum of fourteen (14) working days before the course commences
1.2. If the Customer wishes to cancel the Customer must inform Training 2000 in writing (by letter or email).
1.3. The rights outlined in clauses 1.1 and 1.2, however, do not apply to the supply of the following:
1.3.1. Food beverages, perishables, or any other goods intended for everyday consumption;
1.3.2. Bookings made to your specification or which are clearly personalised;
1.3.3. Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or refunded and are liable to expire;
1.3.4. Services, if the supply has already commenced with the agreement;
1.3.5. Audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by you;
1.3.6 Any bespoke exam / and or registration bookings
