This course certifies an individual's capability to perform a particular welding method by testing the ability to demonstrate the chosen method correctly. Training 2000 offer Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), Manual Metal Arc (MMA), Metal Active Gas (MAG) and Metal Insert Gas (MIG) welding and cutting training, with testing codes including ISO 9606 series & BS 4872 and ASME BPVC Section IX.

The industry-wide accepted proof of competency for operatives is to hold a CISRS Scaffold card. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a CISRS Scaffolders Card. Valid for 5 years.

This course is intended for CISRS Scaffold card holders or for inspection card renewals, and also for those responsible for inspecting and checking basic scaffolds for safe use, signing certificates and registers in accordance with statutory regulations. You should have awareness and experience of scaffolding structures, coming from time spent in your individual industry sector. You’ll be required to confirm this experience by producing a CV.

The 10-day Part 2 course is the second part of the required CISRS training for the Scaffolder card. Part 2 can only be accessed when Part 1 has been successfully completed, and 6 months experience has been gained following the Part 1 course. A second Trainee card can be applied for.
