From the 1st July 2017, it is a requirement of the CISRS Training scheme, that CISRS Scaffolders and Advance Scaffolder card holders must attend a 2-day Scaffolder Refresher/ CPD course in order to renew their CISRS cards. Renewal is required every 5 years.

Accordingly, they should not undertake any scaffolding activities unless they are under the direct supervision of a qualified scaffolder. The Trainee will be expected to complete the following training within the validity of 2 x 18 month CISRS Trainee Scaffolder Cards: • COTS • CISRS Part 1 • CISRS Part 2 • NVQ Level 2/ SCQF Level 5 • CISRS 1 Day Skills Test

This course certifies an individual's capability to perform a particular welding method by testing the ability to demonstrate the chosen method correctly. Training 2000 offer Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), Manual Metal Arc (MMA), Metal Active Gas (MAG) and Metal Insert Gas (MIG) welding and cutting training, with testing codes including ISO 9606 series & BS 4872 and ASME BPVC Section IX.
